We are looking for a talented Recruitment Specialist with extensive experience managing multiple requisitions across various departments for our growing company. The Recruitment Specialist will report to our HR Manager.

Starting Salary - $35,000 - $45,000 (based on experience). Full benefits provided for employees at no cost.
This position will be in charge of ensuring our open roles are filled in a timely manner with top-quality talent. From posting job ads to calling and conducting phone interviews, scheduling in-person and video interviews, creating offer letters, and initiating background checks
Job Requirements:
- 1+ years recent recruiting experience, including high-volume recruiting in an extremely goal-oriented atmosphere, preferred.
- Good working communication, organized and entrepreneurial
- Well versed in employment law
- Excellent knowledge of the employment and staffing process
- Computer literacy, including effective utilization of Internet capabilities
- A clear understanding of staffing ratios and expectations
- Understands the process for selecting and presenting an opportunity to qualified applicants
- Knowledge of steps in overcoming objections in employment
- Experience working with recruiting tracking systems a huge plus!
Job Responsibilities:
- Initiate direct recruiting strategies
- Evaluate candidates through personal interviews
- Provide candidates with information regarding compensation, benefits, policies, and procedures, in order to ensure the candidate is well informed, and to promote a positive image
- Consult with and make recommendations to the Hiring Manager regarding final candidate selection.
- Extend and negotiate offers of employment
- Prepare required documentation for new employees and coordinate new hire process
- Maintain appropriate staffing reports as assigned and ensure staffing plans are maintained and updated.
- Works alongside the Human Resources Manager to identify critical open positions
