Starting Salary is $42,000. Full benefits provided for employees at no cost.

This position is a remote, work from home role, so we're looking for the very best from anywhere in the United States

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, equivalent experience considered
• Minimum 3 years Contact Center management experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience with quality control and/or auditing in a customer service environment
• Experience working with client flows, SOPs, and escalation processes
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent computer skills - proficient with G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
• Detail-oriented
• Strong time management skills
• Team-oriented
• Experience with Salesforce CRM a plus

Job Responsibilities:

• Audit a high volume of new and existing client accounts to ensure client flow and fulfillment SOPs are being adhered to and documented
• Monitor email and phone communication on client accounts to ensure communication expectations are being met
• Track employee performance and SOP implementation
• Work extensively with department supervisors to address any concerns
• Other duties as assigned by management
