Anderson Business Advisors is a planning and consulting firm with a focus on providing high-quality services to real estate investors, stock traders, and business owners. Services provided focus on Asset Protection, Estate Planning, and Tax Planning. We are looking for a talented Paralegal to join our growing company.
Job Duties:
Our Paralegal assists and relieves attorneys of administrative and clerical work which will include but are not limited to the following duties:
- Assigning or Answering Platinum Questions
- Monitoring YouTube and answering question submitted
- Answering Help Desk calls
- Reviewing Blueprints for accuracy and escalate them to the Professional Advisor when needed
- Performing binder reviews with clients.
- Perform research projects as assigned by Professional Advisors
- Assist Professional Advisors with consult preparation and follow up
- Preparing documents such as promissory notes and assignments to be reviewed by Professional Advisors.
- Gathering and analyzing statutes, decisions, and legal articles, documents and other data
Qualifications
- Education: 2+ years postsecondary education
- Experience: 3-4 years in related field or 2-3 years relevant experience at Anderson
- Paralegal course completion (If degree was not in paralegal studies)
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Experience working with a CRM
