Are you an organized administrative professional looking for an opportunity with one of the best places to work in Nevada?

Anderson Business Advisors is a planning and consulting Law and Tax Firm with a focus on providing high-quality services to real estate investors, stock traders, and business owners. Services provided focus on Asset Protection, Estate Planning, and Tax Planning. We are looking for a full-time Receptionist to join our growing company. This position will be the first point of contact for clients visiting our office.

Starting pay is $14.00 per hour. Full benefits provided for employees at no cost.

Job Requirements:

  • 2-year degree preferred; certification in Office Management is a plus
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and/or conference room
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures)
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Assist with scheduling and calendar management within Google Calendar
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, announce visitors, etc.)
  • Inventory front office supplies; restock refreshments; clean reception area, waiting area, break room
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
